Bottle Spraying Conveyor for PSL Germany

This morning we have received an order for one of our bottle spraying conveyors for PSL in Germany. Our Omnitrak conveyor is an inverted system with spigots at either 75mm, 100mm or 150mm depending on the customer requirements. Midland designed this system using our Trakmaster 406 track section and a bespoke chain around 15 years ago. The cruciform 406 section helped add rigidity to the chain and spigots which in turn improved the effectiveness of the sprocket rotators which have become a critical part in the bottle finishing plants.
